These terms govern your use of the Ahmad Mobile Mechanic website and any repair services booked through it, by phone, or via WhatsApp. By submitting a quote request or booking a repair, you agree to these terms.
Quotes provided over the phone or via the website are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed in person once the vehicle has been inspected, before any chargeable work begins. We do not charge a call-out fee. You will always be informed of the price before work starts, and no work proceeds without your agreement.
We aim to confirm all booking requests within 2 hours during operating hours (Mon–Sun, 7am–10pm), with 24/7 availability for genuine emergencies. Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior emergency call-outs; we will contact you as soon as possible if a delay is expected.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment free of charge by contacting us as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations may affect our ability to offer priority scheduling for future bookings.
Where new parts are fitted, we will confirm the part brand/specification as part of your quote. Workmanship on repairs carried out is guaranteed for a reasonable period appropriate to the work performed; please contact us directly to discuss warranty terms for a specific repair.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept major payment methods as confirmed at the time of booking.
We carry motor trade insurance appropriate to mobile vehicle repair work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, in cases of negligence causing personal injury).
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our contact or quote request forms. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
