Weak or warm air-con is almost always down to lost refrigerant through a slow leak, rather than a failed compressor. We carry out a full re-gas using the correct refrigerant for your vehicle, whether that's R134a or the newer R1234yf, check for leaks with UV dye if needed, and can diagnose a compressor or condenser fault if the system needs more than a re-gas. A working air-con system matters in winter too, since it's what clears your windscreen quickly and safely.
